Inspection & Acceptance at Delivery

You may inspect your order upon delivery. Orders must be accepted or refused in full; partial acceptance is not available.

If you would like to keep some items and return or exchange others, please accept the full order and contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Return & Exchange Costs

For returns or exchanges requested after accepting your order, a pickup fee applies:

75 EGP within Cairo

95 EGP for other governorates
